TAC Festival Hotel Information
The Hilton Eugene, only three blocks due north of the McDonald
Theatre, offers a $99.00 single/double occupancy rate for
TAC Festival-goers.
To reserve a room at this rate, go to the Hilton
website (http://www.hilton.com), enter "Eugene"
as the city and select "Oregon" for the state in
the "Find a Hotel" menu. Select the "Hilton
Hotels" option if not already selected.
Then click on "Find It." The search results page
will appear listing only "Hilton Eugene & Conference
Center."
Then click on "Book a Room." Fill out the "Dates
& Preferences" form and enter the group code "ACI"
(all caps) in the "Group/Convention code" field
under "Special Accounts."
Then, when you click on "Next" you will see a page
with available rates for the Festival. Select one and finish
the reservation form.
Alternatively, you can call 1-800-937-6660 to make reservations
directly with the local Hilton Eugene reservations department.
You can upgrade your room to the concierge level for $20 more
and receive a complimentary continental breakfast, afternoon
appetizers, access to the concierge library, upgraded furnishings
in all the rooms, turn down service, and other amenities.
Anyone with a reservation can utilize the Hilton's complimentary
airport shuttle to and from the Eugene Airport. You just need
to pick up the courtesy phone at the airport and the shuttle
will be there in 15 minutes. |
