TAC Festival Hotel Information

The Hilton Eugene, only two blocks west and two blocks north of The Shedd Institute, offers special rates for TAC Festival-goers. The Festival rates are $129 for a single or double and $139 for a triple or quad. We urge you to book your rooms as early as possible, as other local events may affect room availability at the Hilton.

To reserve a room at these rates, go to the Eugene Hilton website and follow the directions there. Arrivals for the group rate are allowed as early as April 29 and departures can be as late as May 8.

Alternatively, you can call Hilton reservations at 800-937-6660 and mention "Archaeology Film Festival" or "TAC Film Festival." You can upgrade your room to the concierge level for $20 more and receive a complimentary continental breakfast, afternoon appetizers, access to the concierge library, upgraded furnishings in all the rooms, turn down service, and other amenities. Anyone with a reservation can utilize the Hilton's complimentary airport shuttle to and from the Eugene Airport. You just need to pick up the courtesy phone at the airport and the shuttle will be on its way.
