TAC Festival Hotel Information

For TAC Festival 2009, we offer eight choices for Festival patrons desiring accommodations within walking distance of the Soreng Theater. Book your rooms as early as possible to take advantage of these opportunities.

Broadway Inn
476 E. Broadway Avenue

Located seven blocks east of the Hult Center, the Broadway Inn has established a special price structure for TAC Festival patrons. For one queen bed, the Festival rates are $48.95 for weekdays and $52.95 for Friday or Saturday. For two beds, the Festival rates are $58.95 for weekdays and $64.95 for Friday or Saturday. The Campbell House Inn and Restaurant
252 Pearl Street

Located just six blocks northeast of the Hult Center, The Campbell House is a bed-and-breakfast with significant amenities and offering their corporate rates for patrons of TAC Festival. Full breakfast is included with the room. Festival rates range from $109 for a small room to luxury rate of $229. As the number of rooms available is limited, we suggest you contact them as early as possible.

Campus Inn
390 E. Broadway Avenue

Located six blocks east of the Hult Center, the Campus Inn has a special rate for TAC Festival patrons: $70 for a single or double, one bed or two beds. To reserve a room, go to their Web site or call 800-888-6313. Be sure to mention you are there for TAC Festival.

Courtesy Inn
345 W. Sixth Avenue
Located just three blocks west of the Hult Center, the Courtesy Inn has special rates for TAC Festival patrons: $49.99 for a single (queen or king) and $59.99 for a double (queen beds). To reserve a room, go to their Web site or call 800-259-8481. Be sure to mention you are there for TAC Festival or a Hult Center event.

Downtown Motel
361 W. Seventh Avenue

Located just three blocks west of the Hult Center, the Downtown Motel has special rates on a block of rooms for TAC Festival patrons: $40 for a single and $46.99 for a double. To reserve a room, go to their Web site or call 800-648-4366. Be sure to mention you are there for TAC Festival.

Hilton Eugene and Conference Center

The Hilton Eugene, immediately adjacent to the Hult Center for the Performing Arts, offers some special rates for TAC Festival-goers, but only while the rooms last. The Festival rates for the first part of the week (Monday, May 18, and Tuesday, May 19) are $109 for a single or double and $15 for each additional person. For Wednesday (May 20) through Friday (May 22), the rate rises to $249. For Saturday (May 23), the rate is $149. We urge you to book your rooms as early as possible, as other local events will affect room availability at the Hilton.

Anyone with a reservation can utilize the Hilton’s complimentary airport shuttle to and from the Eugene Airport. You just need to pick up the courtesy phone at the airport and the shuttle will be on its way.

Oval Door Bed and Breakfast Inn
988 Lawrence Street

Located just six blocks southwest of the Hult Center, the Oval Door is a bed-and-breakfast with significant amenities and offering a discounted special rate for patrons of TAC Festival. The least expensive room is $85 and all other rooms, including their finest, are offered for $90 for a single and $100 for a double, including a gourmet breakfast. Higher rates apply to one-night stays on the weekend. The number of rooms is quite limited, so please contact them as early as possible.

Timbers Motel

Located just six blocks southeast of the Hult Center, the Timbers Motel offers special rates for TAC Festival patrons. For those staying three nights or longer, their special rates are $48.95 for one queen bed and $58.95 for two beds. Add $10 for stays of less than three nights.
