476 E. Broadway Avenue
Located just three blocks southeast of The Shedd, the Broadway Inn has established a special price structure for TAC Festival patrons. For one queen bed, the Festival rate is $48.95 For two beds, the Festival rate is $58.95. For general information, go to the Broadway Inn Web site. The special rate is available only over the phone. The Campbell House Inn and Restaurant
252 Pearl Street
Located just five blocks northwest of The Shedd, The Campbell House is a bed-and-breakfast with significant amenities and offering their corporate rates for TAC Festival patrons. Full breakfast is included with the room. Festival rates range from $99 for a small room to the luxury rate of $249. As the number of rooms available is limited, we suggest you contact them as early as possible.

Located three block southeast of The Shedd, the Campus Inn has a special rate for TAC Festival patrons: $60 for a single or $66 for double. For general information, go to their Web site. 345 W. Sixth Avenue
Located eight blocks northwest of The Shedd, the Courtesy Inn has special rates for TAC Festival patrons: $54.99 for a single (queen or king) and $64.99 for a double (queen bed). To reserve a room, go to their Web site or call 800-259-8481 (local calls 541-345-3391). Be sure to mention you are reserving for TAC Festival.
361 W. Seventh Avenue
Located seven blocks west of The Shedd, the Downtown Motel has special rates on a block of rooms for TAC Festival patrons: $40 for a single and $46.99 for a double. To reserve a room, go to their Web site or call 800-648-4366 (locals calls 541-345-8739). Be sure to mention you are reserving for TAC Festival.
Hilton Eugene and Conference Center

The Hilton Eugene is located three blocks west of The Shedd and offers some rooms for TAC Festival-goers, but only while the rooms last. The Festival rate is $119 plus tax for a single or double. As the number of rooms available is limited, we suggest you contact them as early as possible. Additional people, up to four per room, may be added for $20.00 per person. Check-in time is after 4:00 pm and check-out time is before 12:00 noon. A $75.00 early departure fee will be charged if you check out prior to your reserved checkout date. To avoid this fee, you must advise the hotel at or before check-in. Reservations must be made no later than Friday, April 20, 2012. Reservations made after this date are subject to space and availability. The group rate is only guaranteed for the contracted number of guest rooms up until the cutoff date.
Reservations will be by individual call-in. Please contact the hotel direct, toll free at 1 -800-937-6660 or fax 541-342-6661 and mention that you are a TAC Festival patron. Once an individual reservation has been made, any changes should be made directly with their Group Reservations Dept. A credit card number or one night’s advance deposit will be required to secure a room out of this block. Any reservation canceled within 7 days of arrival will be charged one nights room and tax. Anyone with a reservation can utilize the Hilton’s complimentary airport shuttle to and from the Eugene Airport. You just need to pick up the courtesy phone at the airport and the shuttle will be on its way.
For payment, a valid credit card authorization form may be submitted in lieu of direct billing or advanced deposit. A front and back copy of the credit card being used is also required.. This card will be charged 72 hours prior to arrival if full payment has not already been received. In the unlikely event the card would be declined, another method of payment must be received at that time. In the unlikely event that you should decide to cancel within seven days of arrival, you will be charged one night’s room and tax.
205 E 6th Avenue
Located three blocks north of The Shedd, Inn at the 5th is a new boutique hotel in Eugene. Their normal rates are $209.00 per night. The following advance purchase information came directly from their website. Call (541) 743-4099 for more information.

Oval Door Bed and Breakfast Inn
988 Lawrence Street
Located ten blocks west of The Shedd, the Oval Door is a bed-and-breakfast with significant amenities and is offering a discounted special rate for patrons of TAC Festival. The least expensive room is $95 and the rate is $105 for a double, including a gourmet breakfast. Higher rates apply to one-night stays on the weekend. The number of rooms is quite limited, so please contact them as early as possible.

1015 Pearl Street
Located just two blocks south of The Shedd, the Timbers Motel offers special rates for TAC Festival patrons. For those staying three nights or longer, their special rates are $79 for one queen bed and $99 for two beds. Add $10 for stays of less than three nights. To reserve a room, go to their Web site or call 800-643-4167 (local calls: 541-343-3345). Make sure to mention TAC Festival to get the special rates.
Travel to TAC Festival on the Train!
ALI has arranged a special fare discount with Amtrak for Festival-goers. This fare discount is 10 percent. For example, a typical round-trip fare from Portland to Eugene is $52, but your price would be $46.80. Similarly, a typical round-trip fare from Seattle to Eugene is $104, but your price would be $93.60. This fare discount is valid for travel dates from May 5 to May 15, 2012.
Traveling to TAC Festival on the train is convenient, inexpensive and environmentally friendly. The Eugene Depot is located just seven blocks from our venue, The Shedd, at Broadway and High. With the recent increase in gasoline prices, you may find it less expensive to take the train than to drive to Eugene. Plus, you can relax and enjoy the ride as well as the convenient services on board.
To book your reservation call Amtrak at 1 (800) 872-7245 or contact your local travel agent. Please refer to Convention Fare Code X04K-947 when making your reservation. Reservations for this special offer cannot be booked via the Internet. This offer is not valid on the Auto Train and Acela service. It is valid with Sleepers, Business Class or First Class seats with payment of the full applicable accommodation charges. The fare is valid on Amtrak Regional for all departures, seven days a week.
