(1) “Migwitetm: I Remember”:  A young Indigenous Canadian woman remembers the sights, sounds and smells of her childhood.  She remembers her mother giving her the teachings of the sweetgrass, in hopes she would not forget.  She hopes to carry the teachings down to her daughter, so the knowledge will not be lost.  (2) “Bound to Tradition”: Susan Campbell, a Mountain Maidu Native American is making a cradleboard for her first grandchild.  Along the way she discovers just how difficult it can be the balance her traditional ways with modern society.
