“Conservation in the 2nd Century Temple of Artemis” is a joint archaeological project involving Monumenta Orientalia, based in Rome, the US State Department through their Ambassadors Fund for Cultural Preservation, and the Jordan Department of Antiquities.  The project is based in ancient Jerash, in northern Jordan, and focuses on a rescue operation to keep an ancient Roman temple that is on the verge of collapse from being damaged or lost.  The first in a series, this video related the history of archaeological excavations in Jerash.
