(1) “My Grandmother Mary”: A Naskapi grandmother passes on to her Innu granddaughter her experience, knowledge and culture as well as the patience and meticulousness that have characterized the First Peoples of Canada for thousands of years. (2) “The Column”: Erika, a young archaeologist, refuses to accept the sale of the last column of the Temple of Hera Lacinia to a wealthy foreign buyer. In a landscape marked by neglect and silence, and with the help of a plan inherited from her father — a former tomb raider — she carries out a bold and poetic act: to steal the column, a symbol of resistance and the defense of her identity.
